WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
At DOUG’s Fleet and Auto Glass, we stand behind the quality of our work. We guarantee the proper installation and sealing of your windshield or rear glass for as long as you own your vehicle. All installations are performed by experienced technicians, ensuring a secure fit and professional finish.
This warranty covers any issues related to the installation, such as leaks—unless caused by new damage (e.g., impact from rocks or debris) or vehicle rust in the surrounding area. These scenarios are not covered under the warranty.
If you experience any issues related to leakage or are dissatisfied with the installation, simply contact DOUG’s Fleet and Auto Glass. We’ll gladly schedule an appointment to inspect the work and determine if it’s covered under warranty.
Should an adjustment to our original installation be necessary, we’ll make it right—at no cost to you. Please note that this warranty applies only to the replacement service provided and does not include coverage for incidental or consequential damages. No warranties extend beyond those expressly stated here.
WINDSHIELD REPAIR WARRANTY
At DOUG’s Fleet and Auto Glass, our windshield repair process is designed to stop the spread of damage and restore structural integrity to the glass. We stand behind the quality of our repairs and are committed to your complete satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the results of the repair for any reason, we will credit the amount you paid toward a full windshield replacement—valid for as long as you own the vehicle. This credit will be issued to the party responsible for the original payment.
Please note: If your insurance deductible was waived for the repair, any applicable deductible will apply to the replacement.
